Special Features for Infrastructure Applications
We integrate functional components directly into the display stack to meet the highest requirements:
- EMI Shielding: Metal mesh structures reliably block interference signals generated by high charging currents.
- Impact Resistance: The bonding keeps the glass assembly intact even under severe mechanical impact.
- Silicone Bonding: Completely eliminates the air gap (anti-fogging) and provides protection against vibration.
Process Reliability: Cleanroom Manufacturing
To guarantee absolute freedom from defects, all lamination and bonding processes are carried out exclusively in controlled ISO Class 7 cleanroom environments. This prevents inclusions and ensures the longevity your application demands.
